A carrot salad in a ginger sauce and rosemary potaoes

Very freshy this carrot salad and the potaoes are there to put some carb in the meal.
Fresh rosemary, and ghee makes a tasty and confort potato salad.

Curry and moroccan couscous

we had a vegetable curry, an spicy couscous salad and a delicious surprise: pancakes with filled with green vegetables, and almonds. Just perfect. Very light and tasty. Tip: the pancakes didn't have any flour, only organic eggs.
